V4U Group is a travel house in Vadodara. One desk plans holidays — Gujarat weekends, the Statue of Unity, Kashmir and Kerala, Thailand and Dubai and Europe. The other files visas — visitor visas, work permits, Canada PR, passports. They sit at the next table to each other because that is how a family actually travels: the trip and the paperwork are one conversation.

Why a visa desk and a holidays desk share a table

Almost every international holiday from Gujarat is also a visa application, and almost every visa application has a trip behind it. Most agencies do one and send you elsewhere for the other; the itinerary and the application then disagree, and the disagreement is what consulates refuse. Here the hotel confirmations, the insurance and the flight holds from the holiday go straight into the file, and the visa timeline sets the travel date.

It also keeps us honest. The visa desk cannot promise an outcome — every decision is the mission’s — and the holidays desk cannot sell a trip the visa will not allow. So the first thing either desk does is tell you whether the plan is realistic, before you pay for anything. That is the whole method.

How it grew

  1. Milestone 1

    V4U Holidays opens in Vadodara

    A tours desk on the Race Course side of the city: Gujarat weekends, then the rest of India, then the first Thailand and Dubai departures for families who had never flown abroad.

  2. Milestone 2

    The Statue of Unity coach

    The day trip to Kevadia becomes a fixed-departure product, running every fortnight in season. It is still the trip most people in the city know us for.

    V4U Visa Consultancy

    The visa desk opens at the next table, because every international holiday was already a visa conversation. Visitor visas first, then work permits, Canada PR and passports.

  4. Milestone 4

    Anand and Surat

    Two more offices, so a family in Anand or Adajan can walk in rather than drive to Vadodara. The same counsellors answer the phone at all three.

  5. 2026

    One website for both desks

    v4uholidays.in and v4uconsultancy.in become one site with two doors, so the holiday and the visa can be planned in one conversation, which is how the office has always worked.
