Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries made through it. Bookings, itineraries and visa services are each confirmed in writing separately, and those written confirmations — the quote, the itinerary, the engagement letter — set the terms for the service itself.

The website

The website describes what V4U Holidays and V4U Visa Consultancy do, from Vadodara, Anand and Surat. Prices shown are indicative, per person, "from" figures; every trip is customised, and the price that applies is the one on your written quote. Fixed departure dates are confirmed at booking. Availability of hotels, flights and seats is confirmed at booking, not on the website.

Enquiries

An enquiry through the website, WhatsApp or the phone is not a booking. A counsellor contacts you, and a booking exists when we confirm it in writing and you have paid the deposit stated in that confirmation.

Holidays

Each booking is subject to the terms in its written confirmation, including the deposit, the balance date, the cancellation charges and the responsibilities of the suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport and activity operators) whose services we arrange as an agent. Travel insurance is recommended for every trip and required for some; we can arrange it. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the visas, permits and health documents the destination requires; our visa desk can assist, and its terms are below.

Visa consultancy

V4U Visa Consultancy prepares and files applications on your instruction. Every decision is made by the mission or authority concerned. We do not decide applications, we have no influence over them, and we do not promise an outcome, a date or a percentage. Consultancy fees are for the work of preparing and filing and are quoted before we start; government, application-centre and courier fees are passed through at cost and are not refundable by us when an application is refused, because the authority does not refund them. Requirements on this website are checked on the date shown on each page and change frequently; the official mission's published requirements prevail. See the disclaimer.

The text, photographs and artwork on this website belong to V4U Group or are used with permission. You may share links freely; please do not copy pages or images for another business.

Liability

We take reasonable care that the information on the website is accurate at the date shown, but the website is general information, not advice for your situation; the advice is what a counsellor gives you having heard your circumstances. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
