Passport services: fresh, renewal, tatkal and minor
The Passport Seva application, the appointment, the paperwork and the police verification, handled from Vadodara. You attend the appointment; we make sure it goes through the first time.

Who it is for
- First passports for adults and minors
- Renewals, including expired passports and change of address or name
- Tatkal for people who need a passport quickly, where eligible
- Corrections and re-issue after loss or damage
What we handle
- The online application on Passport Seva, filled correctly the first time
- The appointment at the Vadodara PSK or POPSK, or the nearest available
- The document set for your case: proof of address, date of birth, annexures, affidavits for minors
- Guidance for the police verification stage and follow-up
What we do not
- Issue passports or influence the Regional Passport Office. Passports are issued by the Government of India after its own verification.
- Skip the police verification or the appointment. Both are the applicant’s to attend.
The document checklist
The general shape. Each mission has its own list, and the country pages carry it; the counsellor confirms the exact set for your case.
Proof of address
- Aadhaar, electricity bill, bank passbook, rent agreement or similar, as accepted by Passport Seva
Proof of date of birth
- Birth certificate, school leaving certificate, PAN or Aadhaar as accepted
For minors
- Parents’ passports, Annexure D consent, birth certificate
For renewals
- The old passport, and documents for any change of name, address or spouse
How it goes, step by step
Step 1: Application
We complete the Passport Seva form with you and pay the fee online.
Step 2: Appointment
Booked at the earliest slot; we prepare the document folder in the order the counter asks for it.
Step 3: PSK visit
You attend: document check, photograph, biometrics. Usually an hour or two.
Step 4: Police verification
The local police visit or call; we tell you what they ask for and what to keep ready.
Step 5: Dispatch
The passport is printed and posted by speed post to your address; we track it with you.
How long it takes
Ranges from recent cases and the missions’ published times. They are not promises: the mission controls the clock, and a request for more documents or an interview adds weeks.

For the appointment you attend the Passport Seva Kendra you are booked at; we can book Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat or Anand. Everything before that can be done on WhatsApp and phone.
No. It is done by the local police station on its own schedule. What we can do is make sure your documents and address details give them nothing to query.
Most applicants for fresh passports and re-issues, with the additional fee and documents Passport Seva lists; some categories are excluded. We check your case against the current rules.
