Plans move. A counsellor rebooks on the phone and tells you the real fare difference, instead of an app that charges and shrugs.
Group fares
Ten seats or more and the airline prices differently. We negotiate the block, hold it, and collect names later.
Visa-linked bookings
Some missions want a ticket before the visa; some visas come after the fare has gone up. We sequence the two so you are never holding a ticket you cannot use.
