How it works

How we plan a trip

Step 1: You enquire
A form, a WhatsApp message or a call. Tell us where, roughly when, who is travelling and what you would like to spend.
Step 2: A counsellor calls
Within office hours, the same day. Not a call centre: the person who calls is the one who plans your trip.
Step 3: A customised itinerary
Hotels named, days laid out, inclusions and exclusions side by side. We revise it until it is yours.
Step 4: You confirm
A deposit holds the booking. Tickets, vouchers and a coordinator on call follow — and our visa desk, if you need one.
