Visitor visa

Visitor visas, prepared to the mission’s checklist

Tourism, family visits and business trips: USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore and more. We build the file the way the consulate reads it, book the appointment, and tell you plainly where a case is weak.

Who it is for

  • Families visiting children abroad, or travelling on one of our holidays desk’s packages
  • Business owners attending meetings, trade fairs or supplier visits
  • Parents and grandparents on longer family stays (Canada super visa, Australia sponsored family stream)
  • Anyone with a previous refusal who wants a straight answer about applying again

What we handle

  • An eligibility conversation first: which visa, which consulate, and whether the case is worth filing
  • The document list for your consulate and your situation — employed, self-employed, retired, student
  • The online form, fee payment and the biometrics or interview appointment
  • Travel insurance, flight holds and hotel confirmations that match the itinerary
  • Interview preparation for posts that interview (the US), and a cover letter where it helps
  • Passport collection or courier, and the next step if the answer is no

What we do not

  • Decide the application. Every decision is the mission’s, and we say so on every page.
  • Promise a result, a date or a percentage. We give ranges and the honest odds as we see them.
  • File a case we think is not worth making. We would rather lose the fee than your money and your record.

The document checklist

The general shape. Each mission has its own list, and the country pages carry it; the counsellor confirms the exact set for your case.

Passport and photographs

  • Passport valid for six months beyond the trip, with blank pages, plus old passports
  • Photographs to the mission’s specification — sizes differ by country

Finances

  • Six months of bank statements, stamped
  • Three years of income tax returns
  • Salary slips, or business registration and GST returns

The trip

  • Day-wise itinerary, flight reservations and hotel confirmations or a host’s invitation
  • Travel insurance where the country requires it

Ties to India

  • Leave letter from the employer, or business proof
  • Property papers, family details, evidence you will return

How it goes, step by step

  1. Step 1: Eligibility call

Twenty minutes on the phone or at the desk: where, why, who is travelling, travel history and any refusals. We tell you which route fits and what the file needs.

  2. Step 2: Documents

You send what you have on WhatsApp; we send back a list of what is missing, in your words not the consulate’s. Nothing is filed until the file is complete.

  3. Step 3: Form and appointment

We complete the online application with you, pay the fee, and book biometrics or the interview at the earliest slot you can travel to.

  4. Step 4: Submission

You attend the appointment with a file we have arranged in the order the officer expects. For interview posts, we run a practice interview first.

  5. Step 5: Decision

The mission decides. We track the case, collect or courier the passport, and if the answer is no, we read the reason with you and say honestly whether re-applying makes sense.

How long it takes

Ranges from recent cases and the missions’ published times. They are not promises: the mission controls the clock, and a request for more documents or an interview adds weeks.

UAE, Singapore
3 to 5 working days
Schengen
15 to 45 calendar days after the appointment
UK
about 3 weeks from biometrics, longer in summer
Australia
2 to 6 weeks, some cases longer
Canada
4 to 12 weeks after biometrics
USA
appointment wait of weeks to months, then 1 to 3 weeks

Questions we are asked

We book the earliest slot available at any post you can travel to, and we watch for cancellations. We cannot create slots, and anyone who says they can for a fee is selling something the consulate does not offer.

Tell us. A refusal is not the end, but re-applying with the same file usually gets the same answer. We read the refusal letter with you and only file again if something material has changed.

Yes — the two desks sit in the same office. The itinerary, hotel confirmations and insurance from the holiday go straight into the visa file, and the timeline is planned around the appointment.

A consultancy fee per application, quoted before we start, plus the consulate’s own fee and any VFS or courier charges, which are passed through at cost. Refused applications do not get the consulate fee back; that is the mission’s rule, not ours.

Requirements change frequently. Confirm with the official mission before you act. V4U Visa Consultancy advises on applications; it does not decide them and cannot guarantee an outcome.

Enquire

Visitor visa: tell the desk your situation.

Where, what for, and anything the mission should know about. The form opens WhatsApp with it written out for the visa desk, or call and ask for the counsellor.

We call or WhatsApp this number.

Two short steps. Phone is the one thing we need; email is optional.
