The short version
The UAE visit visa is the fastest we process and the one most closely tied to our holidays desk: for a Dubai package, the visa and the holiday are one conversation. Indian passport holders apply through an approved sponsor (an airline, a hotel or a licensed agency) for a 30- or 60-day single-entry visa, or multi-entry versions; the visa is issued electronically and no passport submission is needed. Holders of a valid US visa, or a UK or EU residence permit, may be eligible for a visa on arrival — we check this before filing so you do not pay for a visa you do not need.

Document checklist

Passport and photographs
- Passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, with two blank pages
- Previous passports, if any
- Recent photographs to the mission’s specification (size and background differ by country)

- Colour scan of the passport bio page
- Recent colour photograph on a white background
- Confirmed return flight and hotel booking or host details
- For visa on arrival eligibility: the valid US visa or UK/EU residence permit

The application is lodged through our sponsor channel and the fee is paid.
Step 4: E-visa
The approved visa is emailed as a PDF to carry with your passport; nothing is stamped in advance.

Why United Arab Emirates applications get refused
The reasons we see most, from refusal letters and from the mission’s own guidance. A file that addresses these before it is submitted is the whole point of using a consultant.
- Passport with less than six months’ validity, or a hand-written or damaged passport
- A previous UAE visa still active, or an unpaid fine or overstay from an earlier visit
- Photograph or scan not to specification

Some sponsors and airlines ask for a refundable security deposit from certain applicants, returned after you exit the UAE on time. We tell you if it applies to your case and how it is refunded.
A daily fine, recorded against your passport, that must be settled before you leave and can affect future visas. Extensions inside the UAE are possible for a fee; we advise applying before the visa ends, not after.
