Group travel is logistics: seats held in one name, meals that arrive together, a coordinator who counts heads. We have run it from Vadodara for a decade, most often to the Statue of Unity.

The proven product
Statue of Unity in a day, from Vadodara
Depart Vadodara at 7am by air-conditioned coach with a tea stop on the way. Arrive Kevadia by 9am with viewing-gallery tickets already in your name. Statue, viewing gallery at 153 metres, Sardar Sarovar dam viewpoint and the Valley of Flowers before lunch at Kevadia. Afternoon at the jungle safari park (optional, on request) or the museum. Depart 5pm; back in Vadodara by 7.30pm.

Who we run groups for
Corporate
Team days, dealer meets, incentive trips and the annual outing. Coach from your plant or office, reserved lunch, an activity if you want one, GST invoice to the company.
School and college
Educational trips with a teacher-to-student ratio you set, coordinators on every coach, vegetarian meals arranged in advance, and a parent WhatsApp update from the road.
Community and pilgrimage
Mandals, societies, alumni groups and yatras: Dwarka, Somnath, Ambaji, Char Dham. Group fares on trains and flights, and hotels that seat everyone for dinner together.
Fixed departures
Set dates, a seat each, a coordinator on board. Families and small groups join a coach that is already running — the Statue of Unity every fortnight in season.
