What we handle
- Verification of the employer, the permit and the contract terms before you commit
- The employer-side permit process, tracked with the employer
- Your visa application: documents, apostilles, police clearance, medicals, translations
- The embassy or VFS appointment, and travel planning around the notice period
- Family reunification once you are settled, as a later, separate application
What we do not
- Decide the application. Every decision is the mission’s, and we say so on every page.
- Promise a result, a date or a percentage. We give ranges and the honest odds as we see them.
- File a case we think is not worth making. We would rather lose the fee than your money and your record.
- Find you a job. We process offers you have; we do not sell placements, and we walk away from offers that do not check out.
The document checklist
The general shape. Each mission has its own list, and the country pages carry it; the counsellor confirms the exact set for your case.
From the employer
- The work permit or authorisation issued for your role
- A signed contract with role, salary, hours and accommodation terms
From you
- Passport, photographs and previous passports
- Qualification certificates and experience letters that match the role, apostilled where required
- Police clearance certificate from the Passport Seva Kendra
- Medical certificate and insurance where the country asks for them
Finances
- Bank statements and tax returns as the mission specifies
How it goes, step by step
Step 1: Offer review
We check the company exists and is entitled to hire, that the permit names you and the real role, and that the contract matches what you were told. If it does not survive this, we tell you.
Step 2: Employer’s permit
The employer applies in-country. We stay in contact with them, collect the originals when issued, and keep you informed of the wait.
Step 3: Your file
Apostilles, police clearance, medicals and translations, sequenced so nothing expires before the appointment.
Step 4: Visa appointment
Submission at the embassy or VFS with the complete file; biometrics; passport retained by the mission during processing.
Step 5: Decision and travel
The mission decides. On a positive decision we plan the ticket, the arrival and what to carry; on a negative one we read the reason and advise.
How long it takes
Ranges from recent cases and the missions’ published times. They are not promises: the mission controls the clock, and a request for more documents or an interview adds weeks.

- consular decisions have run 2 to 6 months
- Malta
- single permit 2 to 4 months, then a visa in 2 to 6 weeks

- 8 to 20 weeks depending on the stream

- 4 to 10 weeks after a complete application

Questions we are asked
No. We are a visa consultancy, not a recruiter. We process offers you already hold, and part of our value is telling you when an offer is not what it appears.
Be careful. Legitimate employers do not sell jobs, and the permit fee is theirs to pay in most countries. Bring the offer to us and we will check it before you pay anyone.
Because the desk handles it as one route with country-specific files: Poland, Portugal and Malta have their own pages here, and Croatia and Serbia are handled per case until their checklists are confirmed.
Usually later rather than together: most countries allow family reunification once you hold a residence permit and can show income and accommodation. We tell you the thresholds before you plan around them.
