Day 1
Arrive Hanoi
Transfer to the old quarter. Evening walk around Hoan Kiem lake and the night market.
Day 2
Hanoi
Ho Chi Minh mausoleum complex, the Temple of Literature, the Train Street and a water-puppet show.
Day 3
Ha Long Bay cruise
Drive to Ha Long (two and a half hours) and board an overnight cruise: kayaking, a cave, sunset on deck and dinner.
Day 4
Ha Long to Da Nang
Tai chi and breakfast on the bay, disembark, drive back to Hanoi and fly to Da Nang. Evening at My Khe beach.
Day 5
Ba Na Hills
Cable car up to Ba Na Hills for the Golden Bridge, the French village and the Fantasy Park. Lunch on the hill.
Day 6
Hoi An
The Marble Mountains on the way to Hoi An; the old town, a basket-boat ride in the coconut forest, and the lanterns after dark.
Day 7
Depart Da Nang
Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, and a private transfer to the airport in good time for your flight home.
